Javel

Just returned from our 25th wedding anniversary celebration in France this week. As we were so close to Javel it seemed daft not to visit, so just a few pictures for those of who are not fortunate enough to get there - it really is a nice place to visit in September.

More welding

Now the starter motor replacement is now complete the DS has been turned around to start cutting out the rear floor just before the boot. A new panel has been sourced which is a lot thicker (1.3mm) than the original. The rear suspension cylinder mounting point has suffered badly from corrosion, which makes it all the more difficult to find a substantial jacking point, lots of careful positioning of stands and thick wood make it just about possible.
